A quiet, non-smoking, like to clean and very nice character young male professional(Canadian Born Chinese) is looking for a unfurnished bedroom(he has his own furnitures) in apt or town house, starting from June 1st.(but hope he can move in a bit earlier in May).
The requirements for the bedroom are: the bedroom area is no less than 12 square meters; the rental should be no more than $350/m, water/hydro/heating/CableTV/High-speed Internt/1 parking place all included; no fixed lease and no basement-room please. Hope the roommates will be mature, nice, quiet, non-smoking,and like to clean.
BTW, he has a little chubby bunny with him as pet. It's quite cute, clean, mannered, and never making noise.
