engine structure diagram?

Hi, all high-hands and knights. When I changed my PCV valve, I found there is another cap to the left side of the engine oil cap. there is a slender hose connected to the cap, but the other end of the hose does not connect to anywhere. Does anyone have a engine diagram of 92 Ford Tempo engine? I do not have the manual. Could anyone tell me it is OK or not?
