Why my notebook always restarts after one second blue screen?

My notebook pc restarts seveal times today after blue screen of one second, I am wonder if the 256M Kingston memory added into half years ago is not working well due to the high temperture. But I am not sure that because of the possibilities of the virus. Who know why? Thanx.
