Located a few blocks from the Ottawa U campus this 14 room student residence has a number of vacancies available for the summer months and commencing September 1, 2005.

All rooms are fully furnished and come equipped with a fridge. Some rooms share a common kitchen and bathroom while others are private and self contained. Each room is equipped with a telephone and cable jack.

The rent includes heat, hydro and water. A few parking spaces are available.
