急急急问一个如何改机票回程时间的问题!

我一个朋友来加拿大以前在国内买的是北京--温哥华(国航)--渥太华(加航)的往返机票.当时往返日期都确定了.现在他想提前回国.请问在这种情况下(因为牵扯到两家航空公司)应该和谁联系来改机票的回程日期? 事情很急,请各位热心的朋友大力帮忙!!!谢谢谢谢谢谢!

I did once. Called Toronto office of Air China, then they told me to call the China Tour, the only agent in Ottawa, went to the this agent at Bank and Gloucester to do it.
