room wanted

I am a OU master(male). I am a quiet people, nice and easy going. In addition, I donot smoke. I am interested in the room which close to OU. But I still have to ask you some questions? how long is gonna take me to walk to the bus station to OU? HOw often is bus is??How big is the room?? how many people share the washroom and kicthen?And I would like to move in around Sep. 1st. Because I am in Toronto right now, it would be nice to tell me more details.
