要看你是不是有工作,有小孩.如果你没工作,有小孩,魁省的健康保险肯定比安省的好.

They pay you for your learning French!! that's the reason why many guys choose to live in Quebec side when they loss their jobs in Ottawa. by the way, if Quebec becomes independent, you will be a citizen of another country (Quebec), not a Canadian anymore. but antway, you can easily escape to Ottawa side if you want before they declare independency.
