今天换break pad拧断那根固定caliper的螺丝,1/4英寸粗的螺钉,我用了力矩板手才不到30feet*pound的力竟然拧断了,应该还是螺丝本身有伤吧?就是此图中15

还有疑问的是我其实都没有固定18,也就是说18在跟着转,所以力量远远没到30pound*feet力。大家伙换break pad时候把caliper装回去的时候还真的量力矩嘛?还是差不多就行了?

主要我已经离开渥太华了,要不就请黑哥换了。
 
加一个问题,2001 civic DX-G 那根固定caliper body的螺钉,就是拆下来后就可以翻开caliper的螺钉,应该用多大力矩上?我查到99的service manual 是用20 磅.尺,2002 hatchback的用25 磅.尺,我用30磅。尺应该没问题吧?
 
Every car different, nobody going to tell you this because they have to take the responsiblility.
This is break, not engine, it could kill you. Unless you pay them for the responsibility. Geee...
 
Oh, since every car is different, unless the car dealer have the menu, most of the garage they don't know how much torque they have to put in the bolts(because it cost too much to buy the information from snap-on or other after market equipment company). They just guess/just put it tight. They do this by experience. If you do this without use the torque wench, you are taking your own risk.
Or if you take your car to a garage that they know nothing about car, you are taking your own risk too.

你所描述的螺杆15,在工作中并不承受太大的力.所以用一般的搬手拧紧足够了.过拧紧,材料被拉伸,强度反而下降,其实更容易断裂.

数据的使用千万不能拘泥.有的螺栓螺纹如果有锈但又没有处理.安装时即使达到扭力值,其实并没有真正拧紧.所以,当你有若干年的修理经验,培养出手感以后,螺栓拧的松紧程度就会得心应手了.多练吧,熟能生巧的事.

谢谢黑哥。最后我多定了2颗螺钉,干脆都换新的了。握太华朋友们真幸福,有黑哥在就不用象我这么麻烦自己动手了。
