我的洗衣机坏了，初步怀疑是电容器的问题。我已经把电容器拆下来了，但哪里能检查电容是不是坏了？哪里能买到？谢谢

You can go to Parts store. There is one at Bank and 417. I do not think they will check whether it is boken.
Or you can go to used Appliance stores, e.g., Appliance Heaven, near 168, to get used parts. The owner is nice (at least to me), tell him your problem, he might suggest how to fix it. But remember he needs to make money too.

You can use multi-meter to check if the capacity is short. You can buy one to replace.
Regarding the parts, there is one near the intercetion of Richmond Rd. and the Parkdale.
There is another one in Merial Rd. (just before the Carling).

Startop Road 有此一家.忘了地址字号.不过很易找.广告牌比招牌瞩目.
若只是检查电容器,找个Ohm/Vol/Am meter. Autoshop/Canadiantire/Homedepot 都有.
