you may need a few IDs,take them with you,or call them what u need to get Health Card..

you need to show 3 pieces of IDs (bank card or credit card with your name on it is considered acceptable one ID + your SIN card + passport) with at least one with your photo. Also you need to show the proof of address in Ontario. Since you are new here, you have 3-month waiting period which means even if you apply today, you will not be able to get it right away.
