I have a simple family: Hunsband and wife are all professionals, 6 year old boy in grade one, two cars. I work in Kanata, my wife doesn't work for the time been. Need a house for at least half an year. These criterias shall be satisfied:
1. At least two bed rooms;
2. Two parking sites;
3. Not basement;
4. Convenient to drive to Kanada daily;
5. Near to good elementary school and landlord shall provide residence approve for registration;
6. Good environment(houses beside river,lake,forest,valley or hiking trail will be preferred);
7. No need to be close to public traffic, shopping mall;
8. Good to play with landlord;
9. I don't mind to shall with you and I don't mind if it's house, townhouse or condo
