I'm already Canadian citizen. Is it posible to roll back to permanent residence status?

I want to go back to China to work, won't want come back again

you can drop Canadian citizenship, but can not back to permanent residence status.

Write to CIC to surrender your Canadian Citizenship. With the document from the CIC confirming this, you go to the Chinese Embassy to get your Chinese Citizenship back and have a new passport issued.
