我9月10号在一个YIELD SIGN 停车让行的时候被后面的一辆车 撞了后面的BUMPER 那个人说私了 让我先去修 由于一直忙 直到上个星期才去DEALER那里估了一下价 大概要300多快钱吧 我这个星期给那个人打电话联系 但是那边一直是电话留言 我留言他也不回

1 这种情况我应该报保险公司吗? 报保险公司应该怎么联系?> 联系我的保险公司还是那个人的保险公司啊?
2 我的保险会不会涨啊?
3 我还想在等两天的话 对于保险公司来说有没有什么事故期限啊 也就是说过了多久他们就不管了?

if I were you, I would not call your insurance agent. Reasons as follows

1) If the repair is only 300, and most people will be 500 deductible. Therefore, insurance company will not paid you for the repair.

2) If you report it, then you preimum might increase depends on the insurance company( not agent ), if you thru broker and your insurance company is small. Chances of increase is high.

3) Did you get any insurance information from the other driver? If not, he can just say, i wasnt there at the time of accident. then you are screwed.

Therefore, I would just paid the repair yourself. It might be angry, its money. In the long run, save you back the $$$.

你应该是no fault的，告诉保险公司就行了。他们会处理的。你不需要付500 deductible，那个只是在你撞别人的时候你要付的。
我遇到过一次同样的情况，报了保险之后，直接去修车，然后保险公司直接跟车行结账。
