Bell sometimes give a hard time to the customers of those resellers like AllStream, Rogers, and Primus.

We had problem enabling the Sympatico DSL on a reseller phone line before - DSL at first can't be activated, and then finally activated but phone line dead for week, and eventually got fixed.
