在ＥＢＡＹ上买东西．用US Postal Service First Class Mail，从美国ＳＨＩＰＰＩＮＧ过来的东西，接收时要不要付关税．我听说有的要付２５％的关税．不知是真还是假．有谁有这方面的经历，想请教一下．谢谢．

如果对方Claim the item as gift, 你不必付关税．我从ＥＢＡＹ买的几样东西关税额度都不一样（平均为１５％），大概和商品种类有关．

Custom taxes need to be paid for sure, but the time depends on the courier USPS transfered to Canada. If it is UPS, they will charge you additional custom claim service PLUS standard custom taxes before delivering to your door; if it is Canadian Post, you may need to pay custom taxes by yourself after receiving the goods.
