Where to buy a computer?

I bought a computer 3 years ago from Tolga, it was customised by myself with the help of my friend. It has been working very well. But yesterday the power supply was burned. Maybe something esle was broken down too. Where can I buy a customised computer, so I can choose the brand of hard drive, motherboard, operating system, etc.

Any info is greatly appreciated.
