A very good townhouse for sublease, it is addressed in 1210 Meadowland Drive, 2 big and bright bedrooms and waiting room & dinning room, large space of backyard and basement for kids to play, separate washing and drying machine. The rental is $869.00/month（include parking）, Hydro and Heating is extra. There are 14 months left in the 2-year contract and the first month of 2006 is free on rental. I would like to sublease ASAP with some more discount and some furniture due to my leaving for country soon.
This house is very convent to Carleton University with bus 117, 86, 111 and 57 right in front of the house. And it is also close to library, malls…
