Where can I get my free flu shot?
It is easy to get your flu shot.
Contact your family doctor,
Contact your community health care centre,
Contact your local pharmacy - some pharmacies are holding flu shot clinics
Ask your employer - some workplaces provide flu shot clinics for their employees, or
Visit an Ottawa Public Health flu shot clinic.

Its your call, busy city people has little time to excerise. Eating not quality food. Chances getting sick is higher.
Even people with lots of exercise, very good health. Will that be exempted from getting a flu?
Government spending lots of $$ in this program is to help seniors, kids, etc... but also for everybody. This will cut down even more $$ on health system due to flu.
Typically doctor would recommended it, but again. Its your body, you know the best

flu shot is no good to me. I got flu every time I take the shot. No shot, no flu. But that's just me.
