[请求] 求救外装硬盘

my Maxtor 300G USB/Firewire external hard drive became unaccessible. Its rapidly blinking LED indicates that I need a replacement according to the manufacture. But they won't recover the data. Based on tips i got from internet search, i took the hard drive out of its casing and put it into my desktop as a slave IDE drive. BIOS detected it, but not OS (ie. i cannot see the drive from the Windows).

any suggestion? help? (I'm willing to pay $ if can recover)
or any recommendation to data recovery service?
