I give you a user guide link: ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/products/ghost/manuals/ghost2003_guide.pdf. Just locate " clone a hard disk or partition".
In my case, the procedures are the following:
1. connect the two harddrives into the machine.
2. boot it from windows 98 with cdrom-support (do not select set up)
3. find ghost program under dos from floppy or cdrom and run it.
4. select partition to parition from GUI
5. locate the source and destination
6. start and select "yes" to do the clone.
it took about 10 minutes to clone the 7GB parition.
