Bad service at Costco

my friend went to Costco yesterday to change oil and change the summer tire to winter tire,before they open ,he was waitting on the line for more than 20 minutes and they told him no more service,all booked for the day, then he went to other location in west end,
after the service, they parked car far away,took him more than 10 minites to find his car,my friend found out they forgot the change oil,and waited one more hour to get oil changed.

Costcos are always busy. better call before you go.

kanata store opened on Nov 16, it's a brand-new store. you should not expect good service from such a brand-new store. it take time.

that's where my friend went there yesterday,two kids worked in the tire centre look like 18 years old kid, a few persons worked on one car,no body knows what's other people did on that car..

你确定他们有换机油的服务吗？好像costco只有轮胎服务。

free to change the tires from summer to winter,if u bought thr tires from them.they also do the oil change.at this time of the year. they are very busy..

the service at COSTCO is ok actually. One time I got free oil-change because they messed up the orders ( My waiting time was 30 minutes longer than it should be ) .

以前有卡时我总是把costco往好了想，免得自己后悔，自从买到变质的东西后就再也不去了。
