One Dead in Downtown Shooting

Ottawa Police are investigating an early morning shooting downtown.

Staff Sgt. Scott Brown says one person was fatally wounded. Brown says a second person was wounded in the shooting around 2:30 am.

They are releasing few details about the shooting at Somerset and Arthur.

No one is in custody at this hour.
