打指纹,谁知道去那里办理

如题几个问题，还请了解情况的朋友帮忙回答以下

1)谁知道ottawa在哪里可以打指纹呢？
2)另外citizen application 是在toronto申请的，不需要回toronto去打指纹把
3)去年在toronto吃了张ticket,当时说要上庭，留的toronto的地址，现在搬到ottawa来了，出庭也miss乐，听朋友说好像因为没有交罚款，drive license也被吊销了。不知道这影响公民申请马？

I just got the letter and am required to fingerprint as well. Geez..

On the letter, it says if using the services of international fingerprinting services(IFS), fingerprints will be sent directly to the RCMP. So I am going to IFS next week to get it done.
