Hi we are Joel and Karla and we are looking for a third roommate for a beautiful centrally located "house" in the market. We live in an older house that has been portioned off by floor; we are renting the top portion of the house. The house has been newly renovated and has wall-to-wall hard wood flooring.
We have been living in the house already for 4 months and so you will not need any cooking materials for the kitchen or furniture for the house other than your own bed. An added convenience is that the house is only a 15-20min walk away from the University of Ottawa and a 5-10min walk away from the Rideau Centre and all major bus routes.
Your bedroom is huge(with separate entrance) and has two very large windows, one with a direct view of an old, impressive cathedral. We welcome anyone into the house who is open minded, responsible, and clean. We both have lived in Taiwan before and so hope to have a Chinese roommate so that we can continue to practice our Chinese language skills, and we are also happy to help you with your English.
Please give us a call and we can arrange a time to introduce you to the place. We are both very flexible and warm people and look forward to sharing our space with someone new!
Rent: $415/month (includes water and heating. Does not include electricity)
