刚搬到HALL,请教关于BB的牛奶金问题!

我刚搬到HALL,我的BABY也刚出生两个月(是在OTTAWA出生的),请教若转到HALL需办什么手续?!要等待多长时间?!在OTTAWA可拿到230块的牛奶金,不知在HALL能拿到多少?!

I guess you have to change your address to let the government know you are in quebec. if you are low income family, it is about 167/month for quebec government. $248/month from federal government. if you make more, then it will deduct, I dont know how to caclucate it.
