[问题] Fly from China

My parents are HongKong residents, they have been planning to visit my brother in ShangHai for a while and then come to Ottawa. My questions are: are they allowed to leave China from ShangHai? Will they encounter any trouble when going back to ShangHai?

If your family have any similar experience,I appreciate your willingness to share. Also, where can I find official infomation regarding these questions?

去上海跟走几步到深圳的证件要求是一样的.从上海再去哪儿都没问题.
我的FAMILY没有SIMILAR的EXPERIENCE,但我家里所认识的香港人都是随便走来走去的,看来没啥问题.
