还是那种一点头绪都没有的不会做~~
还请CFC上的强人们帮帮小的~~
题目如下:
A scientist would like to determine the biological role of a gene. She uses several techniques available in the laboratory to create mice in which one allele for the gene is mutated so that two exons coding for the central part of the protein are removed. She then crosses several of these mice that are heterozygous for the mutation together. When she determines the genotype of the offspring, the following numbers are observed:
+/+ 100 mice
+/- 200 mice
-/- 30 mice
note: +应该是wild type的意思
question a) what could explain these results?
question b) how would the Northern blot and Western blot look like?
