How to paste photos

Who can tell me how to paste photos from the hard drive ? I don't know what did I do wrong. What I did is:
First, I click "browse" and find the photo.
Then, I type the text.
At last, I review the topic.
It showed me that "The page can not be displayed".
What could be the problem ? Could the problem be the settings on my computer ? If someone can help me out, I would appreciate very much for the help. Thanks!

But it still does not work even though I shorted the name and there is no chinese in picture name. Thanks anyway!
