打开windows Task Manager, CPU Usage History显示 100%，难怪启动程序变得如此之慢。

什么导致我的 CPU Usage 如此之高？如何解决？

看看processes里面是哪个process占用了大量CPU. 可以把它停止.

根据本人经验,直接STOP,不会影响继续操作.
