请问有人有用过满意的验房师吗？
打算买一个40年的旧房
需要找验房师好好检查一下

根据我个人的经验，验房师不会对你有太大的帮助。当你搬进去以后，会发现许多验房师漏掉的事。个人意见，不如找个从事房屋维修翻新的华人来帮你看房。

今天刚验了房 觉得验房师还是很重要
主要是自己没经验 自己原来看了好多遍的墙 也没觉得有问题
经过验房师指点 一下就看到毛病了 还有修理的建议
我就是找cfc的 Ron验的 嘿嘿

Consider other options too, all inspector are suppose to go to the attic and inspect up there!

Many inspector just took courses in college and get a licence. You won't learn much from him.

This man have 30 years experience. He gave me quite a few suggestions to save energy and maintain the house. I really appreciate it. He just sent me a inspection report including a 6 page writing report and many documentations (about 100 pages) which helps me to understanding the report. It is very informative!

BTW, he said he has lots of chinese clients.

Contact him, you won't regret.

lies.

Depending on size; generally $350 to $400 for a townhouse. Why not give him a call to find out.

ＰＤＩ为的是发现毛病，让builder在交房前修好。交房后２４小时还找他做甚？本墙的一贯主张，ＰＤＩ可以自己做，但要做足家庭作业。

特别注意：１、有没有漏掉什么东西或做错什么东西，特别是你的upgrade和你自己选的材料颜色等等；２、有没有损坏，哪怕是很小的损坏都得写下来。这两样，就算请了inspector，他也帮不了你多少忙。

小傻同志的check list是个很好的起点。

另外，别听他的甚么一个小时两个小时，一定等自己看完了再签字。你不签ＰＤＩ，他就得等你不是？

待一年的时候再找个人给好好看看，我觉得那个时候最要紧。

我也很是惊讶，交房后２４小时做PDI，那个inspector 就是 Napiorkoeski.

Napiorkoeski is good, not hire Ron.

Napiorkoeski is very professional. Ron is a nice guy, but he is not a professional guy.
My recommandation is Napiorkoeski.

You are right, Ron is nice. But he is not professional at all. I was not satisfied with his inspection last week as he can't find any problem in my new home.
