请教:新房交接日期问题 (closing date)?

我买的新房,已经入住. 原定7月1日为交接日(Closing date), 但建筑商当时说不是最后交接(Final Closing),是陪同交接(Escort Closing). 最后交接待定.


哪位大侠,有此经历,特此请教. 非常感激.

Ask your lawyer. My understanding is that builders can postphone the closing date up to 120 days without penalties. But it seems to me that there is a misunderstanding between you and the builder. Your Purchase Agreement shoud have the information for "Closing Date".
