I'd score it higher. It is a touching movie which deserves a weekend night. However, better to rent it with an action movie in case you don't like the style.

Wow, /世上只有妈妈好/?! It's been so many years. I was a little kid while watching it. It's organzied by the school. Didn't cry but was very touched by the story. Still remember the whole story told in the film and even the specifics.
The movie recommended above seems to be a story about immigrant struggling in a new society. There might be a lot of enlightment and encouragement in it.
