要到QUEENS上学了，现在在找房子。

请问大家，如果没有车，住在离学校1到1.5公里的地方。冬天大风大雪的，步行到学校，可行吗？还是，要找离学校500M左右的房子呢？价格和条件都有差挺多的。Princess Towers或其他的一些公寓的情况怎么样的？听说，很旧，人也挺杂的，是这样吗？想请大家帮忙出出主意，谢谢。

Any difference for the distance of 500m and 1000m? Just a few minutes more walk.

In winter time, you can definitely take a transit bus, free for Queen's full-time students(Exactly speaking, not free, you pay for it in your tuition fee already). You'd better not sign a long-term lease if you are new to Kingston. First try, if not satisfied, you can move after your short-term lease ends. Good luck and welcome to Kingston.

是就好了,哪里那么容易啊,签一年的lease人家还左要你的REFENRENCE右问你的工作收入的,填申请表然后告诉你租给别人了,签短期的更难了,请问各位都怎么找房子啊,我想在DOWNTOWN找个高层公寓的房,大家给个建议吧,跪谢.

哇,这种条件已经是非常苛刻和不合法的了,其它城市可不会这样,ANYWAY 那PRINCESS TOWER是什么地方,怎么联系啊??跪谢.
