我在国内请人做的网站,然后上传到美国的服务器上,服务商是www.1&1.com,上传完毕后,网站不能正常工作,显示

在给服务商发了邮件后,服务商告诉我更改了后端平台的一些设置,下面是服务商给我的回信内容,Please note: By default, the internet guest account is granted read
access to the Access database file. If data records are supposed to be
changed by scripts / applications stored on your web space you will have
to grant the guest account write access to your database file (not for
the entire directory the file has been placed in). You can use the
"Webfiles" tool in your control panel for doing so.
After the permissions have been adjusted, you can embed the database
into an ASP script.

folders permissions in webfiles:
