[告票问题] 请给位给我帮忙看看，上庭有没有戏

今天晚上12：40被警察给了张notice,说我闯红灯.
location在417下st.laurent往北走的方向（请问那个红绿灯那里又相机吗？）
今天晚上下雨，视线不好，但是我跟着部警车开的，哪知道我后面还跟着部警车（大家以后也要小心了不要以为跟着警车开，就可以放低警戒）（有点像van,尾部是长方形的，好像是gm那款，我不知道叫什么车http://www.gmcanada.com/english/showroom/chtr_expr.html(很像这部，不过比他短一点），因为晚上比较累，想快点回家睡觉，快到红绿灯的时候，变黄了，我就加了点油开了过去，刚过那根线等就变红了.我认为过了那根线后，才变红的应该不是闯红灯吧.
请问我可不可以给法官说我没闯红灯呢？还是老老实实向法官求情说我第一次，请他给我减分？
有没有经验的人帮帮我分析一下

According to the rule, you could pass in yellow if you couldn't stop the car or it would cause risk to stop the car. In your case, the road was slippy because of the rain, it would take risk to stop the car suddenly at that your speed (say a little bit higher than the speed limit, e.g. 65km/h if the limit is 60km/h). Tell the judge honestly that the light was yellow and became red after you had passed the line.
