Does anyone know average punch and kick force?

Does anyone know the average punch of a normal human and an average boxer/karate expert in pounds?

Also what is the kick force of a normal human and a kickboxer/karate expert in pounds? I assume it is MUCH higher than the punch considering our legs are more than 3 times stronger than our arms.
