-- Only shared with other two professionals. They usually go back Toronto on weekends. The landlord usually does not live in the house.
-- The house is maintained very well by the landlord.
-- A very nice landlord. She is an old lady from Indonesia, and very nice to Chinese people.
-- No lease required.
It is a big master room. Well decorated and very clean, with a very big walk-in closet. It has all basic furniture -- bed, matress, tables/chairs, lamps etc. The landlord also provides bedsheet/quilt if you want (and the owner will do laundry of them for you every month). Basic cookware is also provided. You have your own washroom, just share bathroom with other two people. An outdoor parking included. Of course, the rent also includes hydro,electricity, local phone, TV cable, laundry. NO high-speed internet.
Availability: From Dec. 1st 2006.
Rent: $450 for one person and $600 for couple.
