中环比较差,经常用很破的车,(老板为了省钱) 上次去多伦多半路车就坏了,等了2个多小时.结果之后本来要30分钟的景点只给10分钟,你说那怎么玩呀...
老板连个道歉都没有,哎,有什么办法...

再次道歉。
今年夏天中环团只有一次路上车出故障(车是2005年买的新车)，应该是这次团吧，为了表示歉意，晚上中环在多伦多锦绣中华请大家吃的饭。不管怎么说，给大家带来不便，再次道歉。

中环不错，对顾客很周到。在办美加游的渥太华华人旅行社中是佼佼者，我们有亲身体会。

I would prefer Sunnyview holidays. Or even eastview.

Just in case, you guys need visa to go to USA. Try to go to embassy by yourself, or ask to travel agent to do it for you. DO NOT GO TO CHINA VISA (LOCATED IN 1620 SCOTT STREET). Especially the lady, I think she is the owner (not sure).Me and my friends saw her checking people passports(but at that moment she is alone) and writing down something on a piece of paper.When we walked to the counter, she put away all the passports and the paper. So, we guess she is writing down something from those passport.

中环 is the WORST in the WORST

It is hard to believe they can even pay the dinner bill due to the bus problem.

I had very bad experience with them. It is their mistake and they are reluctant to solve the issue, which will cost just 30 bucks.

Not recommended at all.
