binding/boots ... if you are just a newb, a cheap binding should do
snowschool ... I don't really see the diff from a few places, even the one in tremblent. You can also teach yourself.

i took ski school of CampFurtune and VorLage.
-if you are not sure whether you like skiing or not, take two hours private lesson with your friend.
-if you want to have more fun and like a little bit challenge, try snow board.
Ski renting is cheaper than snow board.
CampFurtune is bigger than Vorlage, but more people.
Vorlage offer better price and good enough for learning.
