First month only 330$ because I already paid the deposit. I wanted to rent that room for a friend which finally won't come to Ottawa.:-(
It is a bedroom in a single house close to Wakley and Bank Street 2 minutes to bus 97. The address is 932 Rand ave. It has access to a fully furnished kitchen, laundry, living room, etc... There is also an internet access.
