对方保险公司要赔我钱,不让我修了. 如果赔我的钱不理想,我是否可以坚持要修车?

You can bargain them with this request to put more presure on them. At the same time, you can negotiate with them for more compensasion for upgrades, recent parts change etc.

If you have any health issue due to the accident, even it is minor, find a lawyer for claim. The insurance company usually pays more if you have a lawyer.

"安省都是自己公司赔自己得", 但钱还是对方保险公司出,老兄你太教条了。
