想请人装garage opener, 请推荐!多谢了！

我也想学一下. 我的自动门已经停用几个月了. 是SEAR的.
一按按钮, 只听见马达嗡嗡响, 好象拉不动似的, 铁链条一动也不动.请高人指教!

There are so many reasons. I'll give you a few.
1. pulled the manual handle accidentally (not in your case but maybe for others)
2. lifting force(torque) is too weak
3. broken gate lift coil
4. stuck rail
5. got jammed at one end
6. locked garage door ;-)
For qiuhc12's suggestion: safety sensor? no. too tight chain? maybe.

检查sensor是否对准，检查链条是否太紧，

There are a topic on how to adjust the opener a few weeks ago. You can search this forum to get it.

As for your situation, I think the gears in the opener (made by plastic) might be worn, so the motor is running but the chain isn't.

Thanks for your kindly suggestion!
Now the opener does not work, I have to open/close the door manually.
The problem is the motor does not rotate at all.
The chain is lax.

If its more than 5 year old, most likely, the drive gear is broken (tored out) since its made of plastic.
If it's the case, $33 repair kit + 2 hours research from Internet + 2-4 hours work.
Part# @ Sears:
$51 41C4220A (whole assembly of driver gear and worm gear),
$33 41A2817 (drive gear only)
