bell 的internet service

突然发现bell的high speed internet service开始有流量限制了，事前也没个通知啥的，这两个月的bandwidth 都超了好几倍，哎。
查了bell的网站，“applies to new clients without term of agreement"

There isn't so called "like" or "dislike". Because it is over Bell's ADSL network, just changed a retailer from Sympatico to ca.inter.net so that I pay much less each month.

I phoned them yesterday. they said we need to pay $5/month extra for modem rendal. Is that what you are paying?

You can buy a used modem exactly the same as the one we used to use with Bell from eBay at ~$5-$10. Unlike Bell, Uniserver allows customers to use their own modems. I did this way.

Search eBay with keyword speedstream. I remembered Bell provided me the 5306 model.
