[问题] 关于apple mp4

新买了个apple mp4，买的时候sales说没有安装盘，去apple 网上下一个就成了。下完了之后，可以把歌从pc上转到mp4上，但是电影却怎么也转不过去，是需要下什么新东西吗？

转视频软件可以到 CHINAMAC.COM 去找
