Hi,is there have anyone interesting in sign the lease at 1755 riverside together?the livingroom is 400 in cluding hydro and heat.the total rental is 940 including hydro and heat.but we r couple we wish we can have the room...room is 540,if u think the price is not fare,we can talk about it too.thanks
