ASHCRAFT house in CENTRAL PARK has some problem before. But a 1997 house should be fixed already. There is no foundation problem there. I don't think you should worry about.

The house is quit small for a single.But great to have double garage. I think the price is too high. That is the problem of grapvine. Many people just ask unreasonable price to try their luck.
