买距离学校小学和中学近的房子会不会吵？

在McBrien street, (Morgan's Grant). 距离学校很近，不知道会不会吵，或者是会不会很安全。

I guess there's a risk.

When I was in school, my high school friend's home was just across our high school and an elementary school, and the water fountain in her front yard was always broken. Every time her parents replaced a new fountain, it would be broken again shortly. Her garage, was broken into too. They didn't steal the Mercedes nor the BWM.

The school that we went to, was quite a prestige one, but kids are kids.

Yeah McBrien is very close to Jack Donohue school, noises are inevitable at the start and the end of the day, good thing is kids don't stay and wander on streets here.. I know people want the convenience of 'watching their kids go to school', but I'd want it not that close, but still within walking distance. It's really a personal preference thing, as I am sure canadians can't even care less about it!

Jack Donohue school is a public elementary school. Kid there may be too young to cause many trouble. There will be traffic at pick up and drop of time. But if your kids go to that school, how much time you will save everyday. And they can play in school yard anytime,even in summer.
