does my car need brake work?

when i press the brake, I can hear "hiu hiu.." from the right side. It is not loud sound. My car is 11 years old car. Does it need brake work? how much is it?

Also, if I need a long distance drive, lte's say 3,000km in summer, what i need to do with the car before the trip to ensure it works well on the road?

It is a 11 years old Cavaliar, 120,000km, auto. Do you think there is any problem to pass e-test? I am in Alberta now, where the e-test is not required. But i am going to move back Ottawa. DO you think it is a good idea to drive my car back or buy another car in Ottawa?

1，你的车假如卖掉，只有$2000-3000,不合算卖的。
2，有没有问题，出这样远的门，一定去修理厂做全面的检查和维修，也算是一次大保养！非常有必要！！
3，此车过两个检查（在OTTAWA）80%的可能是做一些维修的了，花费也不小。因为我的车和你的情况完全一样，而且我从事此项工作。
