被商家欺骗，想起诉他们，程序如何？

上周周末在某商家（洋人店）买吸尘器，买回家才发现广告上标的on sale的和实际的不符。起早排队才买到，很气愤，可否告商家，有无推荐会中文律师？

我觉得最好的办法是,平心近气的找他们退货.
真要是想告,可以 到city hall咨询

Be aware that many stores do not post the right pictures on their flyers to lure the buyers, and they always have a disclaimer that states that the actual item may not look exactly as shown, this will protect the sellers from potential liabilities. Unfortunately this is the way it is in business world, they have consumer protection, they also have retailer protection.

Best advice, if you don't find it worth the money, return it. Good luck.

不是你想要的就去退了好啦, 多大事啊. 再说你买的时候怎么不看清楚呢.
