我听说可以让经纪人帮助买新房, 经纪人从建筑商那儿拿佣金,然后再让他免费替你卖旧房. 有人这样做过吗? 谢谢.

Sounds interesting. I assume commission for selling your old house is 5%. (2.5 goes to buyer agent and 2.5% for your own agent.) Buying new house is 2% or less. If new house costs more than old house ... ... yeah, maybe it could work. It could save you about 2.5% but to get agent to sell you house for free ... ... hennnn, I doubt it.
